Summary

连接徽章在已连通但仍有 PendingChanges 时显示 有未推送 (N)，不再误标为「已同步」。
本地变更记录后立即刷新徽章；同步设置页连接状态一并反映待推送数量。
补充使用指南中的徽章含义说明。

Test plan

dotnet test … --filter ConnectionDisplayResolverTests（4 通过）
配置同步后编辑笔记：徽章应变为「有未推送」，Push 成功后回到「已同步」
离线/冲突/同步中优先级仍正确（冲突与同步中优先于有未推送）
