This PR adds a new prop allowFontScaling to the Text and TextInput components in the library.
Enables control over font scaling behavior for better accessibility support.
Users can now enable or disable font scaling as needed to improve UI consistency across different device settings.
Updated related tests and documentation to reflect the new prop.
This change improves flexibility in text rendering and helps developers manage font scaling according to their app’s design requirements.
