feat(cli): improve interactive flows and ODP details

Summary

• render collection and offering images, strengthen Offering Discovery Protocol argument and response diagnostics, and preserve structured remediation details
• make interactive authorization and payment waits cancellable with Escape while completing remote approval cancellation before exit
• update the Agent Enrollment Protocol, Offering Discovery Protocol, and Machine Payments Protocol dependencies and extend regression coverage
