Restore meals grid cell width on wide viewports

Summary

• PR Fix meals horizontal scroll on iOS Safari #52 fixed iOS horizontal pan by wrapping the meals weeks in min-w-[37rem] under HScroll’s new w-max inner. That pinned the week to 37rem on desktop, so day cells got narrower than before.
• Size the pan box with w-[max(100%,37rem)] and let the grid w-full fill it — mobile still scrolls at 37rem, wide viewports get the old cell width back.

Test plan

• /meals on a wide desktop: day columns fill the content width again (not stuck at ~37rem total)
• Phone / narrow viewport: row still pans horizontally; swipe starting on a day cell works on iOS Safari
• Meal type toggle (중식/석식) still animates row height

CI

• GitHub Actions check is green; local pnpm build / pnpm check-types pass.
• Vercel preview is failing on this PR and on recent merges (Add FluidHeight wrapper to meals grid for smooth transitions #49–Fix meals horizontal scroll on iOS Safari #52) the same way — looks like a pre-existing deploy/env issue, not this CSS change. Can’t pull Vercel logs from this agent (CLI needs login; Vercel MCP needs desktop auth).
