Community Guide Worker Submission for JTBS Classic

Added jtbsclassic.dpdns.org/epg to workers.txt.

Server Status Verification:

Thank you for the review!

I have cleaned up the PR branch:

1. Rebased cleanly against master and eliminated all unintended file modifications (only workers.txt is modified now).
2. Added the trailing slash to the host entry: jtbsclassic.dpdns.org/epg/.
