Vendored NPOI 2.8.0 sources target the 2025.x API; the 3000+ rewrite renames SignifigantDigits and changes default Precision 5000 -> 100 (see #269). NPOI upstream still pins 2025.1001.2.129; the ignore range keeps 2025.x-line patches flowing and is revisited when an NPOI release moves its own pin.

Two scoped ignore rules for majors that cannot be taken as dependency bumps:
ExtendedNumerics.BigDecimal >= 3000.0.0 (follow-up to #269, closed)
BigDecimal 3000+ is a rewrite that breaks the vendored NPOI 2.8.0 sources at compile time (
SignifigantDigitsrenamed toSignificantDigits) and behaviorally (defaultPrecision5000 -> 100, new rounding model) across ~38 usages in NPOI's Excel formula/number-formatting paths. NPOI upstream still pins 2025.1001.2.129, so RDMP follows the upstream-tested combination; 2025.x-line patches still flow. Revisit when a weekly npoi-update-check PR brings an NPOI release that bumps its own BigDecimal pin.Terminal.Gui semver-major (follow-up to #252, closed)
Terminal.Gui 2.x is a ground-up API redesign — 231 unique compile errors across the 29-file / ~6k LOC console GUI. 1.19.0 is the latest v1 and has no known security advisories. Migration to v2 is a dedicated effort tracked in #276; v1 minor/patch updates still flow.
