After adding Grid into plugins, opening project needs to be rebuilt, but can't compile

Hey,
This looks awesome but after adding the Grid into plugins, opening the project says it needs to be rebuilt, but it can't compile and says to rebuild from source manually?
I'm trying to open it in UE5.1
