PRDCT-484: consolidate MCP server 3→1 and split into Diátaxis pages

First in-repo item from the dev+help merge matrix: MCP server 3 → 1, canonical home /ai/mcp-server/.

Split the 302-line frankenstein into single-type pages:

• ai/mcp-server/ — explanation + hub (what MCP is, use cases, the debug gif, links out)
• ai/mcp-server/connect/ — how-to: remote setup + Cursor / Claude / ChatGPT / Windsurf / VS Code / Make
• ai/mcp-server/reference/ — available tools, restricting tool access (headers), advanced setup

Fold the 18-line management/project/mcp-server stub → 301 to /ai/mcp-server/ (via redirect_from); its in-project MCP Server settings screenshot moves into the connect how-to. Nav + sidebar updated.

Not invented: the audit's "tool count 15→20" is a fact the page didn't state — flagged VERIFY(Jordan) rather than hard-coded.

Scope: help-side only. The dev /integrate/mcp/ reconcile is cross-site (developers.keboola.com) and tracked separately.

Verified: build clean (259 pages); audit-phase2 → MISSING IMAGES 0, no new broken links (3 pre-existing, unrelated); stub 301s to /ai/mcp-server/; all 8 inbound links + hub anchors resolve.

Status, so this does not read as abandoned: holding the rebase deliberately.

The PR is not superseded — main still has a single ai/mcp-server/index.md, and this branch is what splits it into index / connect / reference and removes the management/project/mcp-server/ duplicate.

But it can no longer be a mechanical merge:

• main picked up a rewritten index.md from PRDCT-580 follow-up: semantic-layer tools on the MCP page #1061 (PRDCT-580, semantic-layer tools), so the new content has to be re-laid into the three-page structure by hand.
• PRDCT-580 followup: deferred project selection + storage-token deprecation #1060 (@Matovidlo, PRDCT-580 follow-up) is open against the same page.

Resolving now guarantees resolving it a second time once #1060 lands. Rebasing this immediately after that merges.

Closing as superseded by #1074, which does the same MCP Diátaxis split from a better starting point.

Both PRs split /ai/mcp-server/ into explanation + connect + reference. The difference is what they were cut from:

Rebasing this one would have meant hand-porting everything main gained in August into a structure #1074 already covers — the OAuth/permissions note, the Claude Desktop custom-connector steps, the mcp-remote fallback, ChatGPT developer mode, the VS Code http config, MAKE, the expanded tools list (Semantic layer, Flows, Data Apps, Search & Discovery, Project & OAuth) and the whole Authorization Headers section. Checked against #1074's branch: its connect/tools/self-hosted pages already carry that content.

One thing to carry over rather than lose: this branch's redirect_from includes /management/project/mcp-server/. #1074 kills that stub too, so verify the redirect survives there before it merges.

The work continues in #1074.

Checked, and the carry-over concern above is already handled: #1074's ai/mcp-server/index.md lists /management/project/mcp-server/ in redirect_from and deletes the stub (D src/content/docs/management/project/mcp-server/index.md). Nothing to port. Closing stands.
