Updates the 2020–2022 engagement under AFRY/Evolve Technology in profile.yaml.

Changes

  • Renamed the client from the anonymised "Swedish med-tech company" to Cuviva.
  • Replaced the first bullet with a client descriptor plus the same technical summary: "Swedish digital care company. Proactive care for home-care patients through live health monitoring, written in C# and hosted in Microsoft Azure." — matching the style of the Worldstream and Chargenode entries.

The Azure Functions bullet and the Azure Functions skill entry that this branch originally carried are already on main (release 1.2.0), so after rebasing onto main only the Cuviva changes remain here.

Notes

YAML parses cleanly. The PDF build was not run — dotnet is not available in this environment.

Replace the anonymised "Swedish med-tech company" client name with
Cuviva and keep the domain as context in the first bullet.
Describe Cuviva as a Swedish digital care company with live health
monitoring for home-care patients, matching how they present themselves.
