PhoneGuard is defensive software for protecting devices you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor. We consider the following out of scope and will not provide support for:
- Installing PhoneGuard on another person's device without their informed consent
- Using the hidden mode or photo capture to stalk, harass or surveil anyone
- Any use that violates applicable law (TCK, GDPR, CFAA, etc.)
Maintainers may refuse help with deployments that appear non-consensual.
