Replace runtime config.json loading with serviceEnv/appEnv so self-hosted deployments configure MCP, PDF parsing, queue concurrency, and vector search via environment variables and docker-compose instead of a mounted JSON file.
Move AGENT_SANDBOX_PROXY_URL to serviceEnv, reorganize env schema sections, and split docker-compose into x-app-env-config and x-service-env-config with aligned .env.template documentation.
Remove stale Dockerfile config.json copy, add admin OpenAPI barrel export, update sandbox tests for AGENT_SANDBOX_PROXY_URL, and fix install.sh anchor randomization for v4.15 double-quoted compose templates. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
