Which Linear task belongs to this PR?

EXSC-1214: Pin GasZipFacet to 2.0.4 on the 46 networks that run it

Why did I implement it this way?

Sets production.LiFiDiamond.GasZipFacet to "2.0.4" in script/deploy/_targetState.json on the 41 production networks whose diamond runs 2.0.4 (per deployments/<network>.diamond.json): abstract, apechain, arbitrum, avalanche, base, berachain, bsc, celo, cronos, etherlink, flare, fraxtal, fuse, gnosis, gravity, hyperevm, immutablezkevm, ink, kaia, katana, linea, lisk, mainnet, mantle, metis, mode, nibiru, optimism, plume, polygon, rootstock, scroll, sei, soneium, sonic, unichain, vana, viction, worldchain, xlayer, zksync.

Reason: GasZipFacet 2.0.5 (#1282) is a refactor only. NON_EVM_ADDRESS (same value) is inherited from LiFiData instead of being declared in the facet, and the SwapperV2 / LibAsset code compiled into it only renames NATIVE_ASSETID to NULL_ADDRESS (both address(0)). Selectors, behaviour and events do not change, so a 41-chain Safe rollout would buy nothing. The pin is a deliberate hold-back as described in docs/TargetState.md, and it clears the facet-versions-match-target-state warning on these networks. The source stays at 2.0.5.

Consequences:

  • Any GasZipFacet deploy on these 41 networks is refused until the pin is removed, because every deploy path compiles the repo's 2.0.5 and a pin can only refuse. The next real GasZipFacet change needs an unpin first.
  • Re-running deployAllContracts stage 5 on these networks is refused for GasZipFacet.

How the criteria are met:

  • Exactly 41 entries are "2.0.4", all of them production.LiFiDiamond.GasZipFacet on the networks listed above.
  • GasZipFacet stays "latest" on the 18 production networks already on 2.0.5 (0g, arbitrumnova, arc, flow, hemi, injective, jovay, megaeth, monad, morph, pharos, plasma, robinhood, ronin, somnia, stable, telos, xdc) and on pharos staging. That makes 19 "latest" entries.
  • I made the edit line by line and did not re-serialise the file. A parse-and-compare against main shows every key present in the same order, and the only changed values are those 41 (latest → 2.0.4). git diff --stat shows 41 insertions and 41 deletions, and prettier --check passes.
  • No new test was added. A test that pins GasZipFacet to specific networks would break when the pin is lifted. The existing committed-state tests in pinned-target-state.test.ts already grade the real file: every value must be latest or a semver pin, every production entry must resolve, and the gate must refuse the repo version for a pinned facet. They pass with this change.

Fewer networks than the ticket names: the ticket says 46. #2555 (EXSC-1191) deprecated blast, bob, boba, lens and opbnb and removed them, and the undeployed converge entry, from _targetState.json while this PR was open, so 41 of the 46 remain to pin. The ticket's own count checks (46 pinned, 20 latest) now read 41 and 19.

docs/TargetState.md lists "the only pins" that are deliberate hold-backs, so I added this pin to that sentence to keep the list accurate.

Rebased by hand onto main at 6d0fe60da after the factory's rebase conflicted with #2555. Run on the rebased branch:

  • grep -c "GasZipFacet.: .2\.0\.4" gives 41 and grep -c "GasZipFacet.: .latest" gives 19. The ticket's checks expect 46 and 20, which no longer fit main (see above).
  • A parse-and-compare against main shows the same keys in the same order, with 41 changed values.
  • bun --no-env-file test script/deploy/safe/pinned-target-state.test.ts script/deploy/targetStatePinGuard.test.ts: 115 pass.
  • bunx prettier --check and the lint-staged suite pass.
  • suite general (bun --no-env-file test script/ tasks/): 7010 pass, 1 fail. The failure, deploy-ticket-preflight-helper.test.ts "keeps a reason the operator restated for this run", fails on main too and is not touched by this branch.

Only 41 entries are pinned against the stated 46-network scope, so reconcile the intended list before relying on the hold-back; otherwise intended networks may continue targeting the current GasZipFacet version. The intentional pin refusal also means deployment must be rerun before later stages proceed.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Limit the hold-back description to the pinned networks.

Some production networks with GasZipFacet remain at latest. The phrase “the production networks that run it” implies that all such networks are pinned. Say “selected production networks” so operators can distinguish the hold-back from the entries that still follow the repository.

2.0.5 is a refactor only (NON_EVM_ADDRESS inherited from LiFiData,
NATIVE_ASSETID renamed to NULL_ADDRESS); selectors, behaviour and
events are unchanged, so these networks are held at 2.0.4 rather than
rolled out (EXSC-1214).

No change needed. See the reply on the inline comment: the five "missing" networks were deprecated and removed by #2555, so 41 is the full set.
