UpdateAllBridgeFacet.s.sol now counts .mappings[i] rows with keyExists and reads chainId / allBridgeChainId per row with readUint, so the struct field order no longer depends on how forge orders JSON object keys.
test/solidity/script/UpdateAllBridgeFacet.t.sol subclasses the script's DeployScript, pins cut options and the deployments JSON in overrides (forge shares process env with UpdateScriptBase.t.sol, which sets cut-verification env vars), and decodes getCallData() from the real config/allbridge.json: every row against its keyed values, plus Stellar 1201081091099710 -> 7 and Polygon 137 -> 5 by name.
The pure logic of the propose task (config parsing, stale-key derivation, read-result classification, revert decoding, call building) moved to script/tasks/allBridgeChainIdMappings.ts, following the fraxChainIdMappings.ts split. The task multicalls the config chainIds and the stale keys in one round, builds set-first-then-unsets, and still skips a network with no calls. Tron stays skipped by the existing isNonZeroAddressString check on its base58 deploy log.
Criterion "AllBridgeFacet.sol, storage, selectors unchanged": no file under src/ is touched; the TS test pins the set/unset selectors to the values in the compiled facet ABI (0xa62ef168, 0x37f6bf4e).
UpdateAllBridgeFacet.s.sol no longer uses parseRaw plus abi.decode for the mappings; each field is read by its JSON key.
The new Solidity test asserts every row of the real config/allbridge.json decodes to the matching chainId and allBridgeChainId, naming at least Stellar 1201081091099710 -> 7 and Polygon 137 -> 5. It fails against the current script and passes on the fix.
The TS test covers the stale-key derivation on the real config: it yields exactly 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,12,13,14,17 (1 and 10 are excluded because they are also config chainIds).
The TS test decodes the built batch: the set call comes first, then one unsetChainIdToAllBridgeChainId per stale key that resolves, and no unset call for a key that already reverts UnsupportedAllBridgeChainId.
A network where every config row is correct and no stale key resolves produces no proposal, as today.
AllBridgeFacet.sol, its storage layout and selectors are unchanged.
Checks
forge test --match-path test/solidity/script/UpdateAllBridgeFacet.t.sol
bun test script/tasks/allBridgeChainIdMappings.test.ts
Open risks
Criterion "fails against the current script": the repo pins forge 1.7.1 (.foundry-version), but this session only had forge 1.9.0, where parseRaw(".mappings") keeps file key order, so the new Solidity test passed against the old script here. On a forge that encodes keys alphabetically (as the production deploy did) the old script swaps the fields and the test fails. Not verified on 1.7.1 locally; the fix is version-independent either way.
Stale keys are derived purely from config (allBridgeChainId values that are not config chainIds). If a future config adds a chain whose LI.FI chainId is one of those small integers, it drops out of the stale set automatically; the unsets run after the set call, so they can never delete a row the same batch writes.
A stale key that resolves on a diamond that was seeded correctly (impossible today, all stale keys are small integers no LI.FI chain uses) would be unset too.
Human executes
After merge, from the repo root with the production Safe signer key available:
bunx tsx script/tasks/proposeAllBridgeChainIdMappings.ts --environment production
Per network it logs N/15 mapping(s) need update, M stale key(s) to unset (keys) and proposes one Safe tx wrapping a timelock scheduleBatch (set call first, then the unsets), or logs up to date, no stale keys - skipping. Expect proposals on the 11 affected EVM chains; Tron is skipped.
A single chain: add --network <name>; re-running is safe (an identical proposal is not stored twice).
Sign and execute the Safe proposals on the 11 chains, then execute the timelock operations after the delay.
Re-run step 1: every network should log skipping.

parseRaw + abi.decode fills ChainIdConfig in JSON key order, which forge

The deployment script builds initialization calldata from indexed AllBridge mapping fields and rejects empty or invalid mappings. Task helpers identify mapping updates and stale keys. The proposal task combines set and unset calls in timelock proposals.
The deployment script reads chainId and allBridgeChainId by field name to build the initAllBridge configuration array. It reverts when mappings are absent or either ID is zero. Solidity tests check decoded rows, field-order independence, and invalid configurations.
Classify mappings and construct repair calls script/tasks/allBridgeChainIdMappings.ts, script/tasks/allBridgeChainIdMappings.test.ts
Helpers validate mapping rows, detect stale keys, classify mapping read results and reverts, and encode set and unset calls. Tests cover parsing, result selection, revert handling, and repair-call construction.
Read repairs and build timelock proposal script/tasks/proposeAllBridgeChainIdMappings.ts, docs/AllBridgeFacet.md
The task reads configured mappings and stale keys, builds combined repair calls, skips proposals when no calls are needed, and reports both categories. The documentation describes stale-key unsets in the timelock batch.
The change repairs mapping parsing and proposes stale-key cleanup. No merge-blocking risk was established.

Add a misordered-object fixture for the decoder regression.
The test uses the production fixture for both input and expected values. Because every object currently lists chainId before allBridgeChainId, the previous raw-object decoder can pass when the parser preserves that order. Add a fixture with those fields reversed and assert the expected decoded values directly.

Review of 79dfcae. Two changes requested, both small:
script/deploy/facets/UpdateAllBridgeFacet.s.sol:37-38: delete the @dev comment about parseRaw + abi.decode and forge key ordering. It recounts why the old code was wrong (history) and hedges ("some forge versions"); reading each field by name needs no justification in the code. That context belongs in the PR body.
docs/AllBridgeFacet.md:57: the section on proposeAllBridgeChainIdMappings.ts should say that the proposal now also unsets stale keys (any allBridgeChainId value in config/allbridge.json that is not also a chainId there and still resolves on chain), in the same scheduleBatch after the set call.
Also put this in the PR body: the new Solidity test passes on both the old and the fixed script with forge 1.7.1 (CI pin) and 1.9.0, because both versions decode parseRaw in declaration order today. It guards against regressions but cannot reproduce the production inversion. The fix is still right: reading fields by name works the same on every forge version.
Verified, no change needed:
Live read through the PR helpers on mainnet: 13 rows to set, 13 stale keys to unset (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,12,13,14,17). The UnsupportedAllBridgeChainId revert (0x22df4021) is recognized, and a transport failure throws instead of being read as "unset".
Mainnet fork: executing the 14 built payloads in order as the diamond owner leaves all 15 config rows correct and all 13 stale keys reverting.

No test fails if parseRaw + abi.decode is reintroduced in getCallData (AC2)
1. script/tasks/proposeAllBridgeChainIdMappings.ts:145 — RPC URL can reach logs through unredacted viem error messages (plausible)
The task logs viem error text without redactUrls(): the rewritten per-network read (client.multicall at line 123) runs outside the new try, so a transport failure reaches the main catch (lines 382-384), which prints e.message and stores it for the "Failed networks" summary. describeReadFailure (allBridgeChainIdMappings.ts:157-159) and the catch at line 145 also embed raw messages. .agents/rules/200-typescript.md[CONV:REDACT-RPC-URL] names this case. The merged proposeFraxChainIdMappings.ts has the same pattern. What would confirm: a failing RPC (timeout, 5xx, rate limit) printing URL: <ETH_NODE_URI_*> in the log.
Fix: import redactUrls from script/utils/redactUrls.ts and log redactUrls(e.stack ?? String(e)) in the line-145 catch, describeReadFailure and the main catch.
2. test/solidity/script/UpdateAllBridgeFacet.t.sol:66 — no test fails if parseRaw + abi.decode is reintroduced in getCallData (AC2) (plausible)
Config rows list chainId before allBridgeChainId, so the tests that go through getCallData pass on the old decoder too. The key-order test (line 96) calls exposedParseChainIdConfigs and bypasses getCallData. EXSC-824 AC2 requires the test to fail against the current script; the author states it does not. What would confirm: revert getCallData to parseRaw + abi.decode on a forge that orders keys alphabetically; all tests stay green.
Fix: drive the script's real path with a reordered-key fixture and derive expected values independently (e.g. vm.parseJsonUintArray), or reply on the PR accepting AC2 as a regression guard only, with the reason.

No test fails if parseRaw + abi.decode is reintroduced (AC2)
Test gap
🟡 Medium
✅ Accepted
PR author accepted AC2 as a regression guard only, with a reason: a mutation check on forge 1.9.0 shows the old decoder passes every test, because current forge orders object fields to match the struct, so no test on this toolchain can fail it. The reordered-key test covers the by-name parser directly. This is the acceptance route the prior review offered.
Summary
The first review found two Medium issues, both on safety nets around the AllBridge chainId fix rather than the fix itself. The new commit redacts RPC endpoints in every path that turns a viem error into log or summary text, and adds a unit test for it. The author accepted the second finding with a concrete, reproducible reason. Nothing new was raised on the delta, and the PR's CI checks, including run-ts-tests, pass.
Coverage ledger: all three files → dimension 6 (Safe, timelock and deploy tooling), with test-adequacy and conventions companion checks.
Skipped: 1–5 (no src/ change), 7 (no config or deploy-record change), 8 (the delta's one test is covered by dimension 6's companion check), 9 (no CI or doc change).
Prior fixed findings and the 🔵 Notes of the first review are not re-raised; fresh items below the convergence floor are not raised on a re-review.
None outstanding. Both prior findings are closed in the Resolution Status table above.

A few follow-ups from review. None are blockers. The same parseRaw + abi.decode pattern in the other Update scripts is tracked separately in EXSC-1301.

On a diamond where initAllBridge never ran, every read reverts UnsupportedAllBridgeChainId, so all 15 rows show as needing update. The task then proposes a setChainIdToAllBridgeChainId batch that can only revert NotInitialized, after a Safe signing round and the timelock delay. Consider failing early when every row is unset, with a hint to run initAllBridge.
The reason will be displayed to describe this comment to others. Learn more.
This duplicates parseAllBridgeMappings in script/deploy/tron/helpers/allBridgeInit.ts but drops two of its checks:
Precision:BigInt(String(m.chainId)) runs after JSON.parse, so a chainId above 2^53 that isn't exactly representable is already rounded (e.g. 9270000000000001 → 9270000000000000). The Tron helper uses a source-text reviver to avoid this.
Duplicates: a repeated chainId is accepted, the last row wins on chain, and the task re-proposes on every run. The Tron helper rejects it with a seen set.
The reason will be displayed to describe this comment to others. Learn more.
Ordering risk: the stale keys come from the current config. If a row is removed or its allBridgeChainId changes before every network has been repaired, that row's old swapped key is no longer checked and stays on chain. Worth a note in the docs or the PR's "Human executes" section: run the repair before any config/allbridge.json change.

This test and the batch test at L293 hard-code the stale keys derived from the committed config/allbridge.json. Adding a chain to the config, as its dev notice tells developers to do, breaks them even though behaviour is correct. Suggest fixture mappings here and keeping one test against the real config.

This try/catch looks redundant: run()'s catch already redacts the message and prefixes [network], so the log reads [base] ❌ Failed: ... (on base). new Error(...) without { cause: e } also drops the viem error chain. Removing the inner try/catch should give the same output through the outer handler.

After the move, these errors no longer name the config file. A malformed or empty config now fails with Invalid config file format: missing mappings and no path. loadAllBridgeMappings could wrap the error with filePath.

The expected values come from the same keyExists/readUint loop as the code under test (L71–82), so a mistake in that technique would show up on both sides and still pass. Only the two named asserts (Polygon → 5, Stellar → 7) pin behaviour. Consider literal (chainId, allBridgeChainId) pairs as the expected rows.
Also, as the PR notes, this test passes against the old script on forge 1.9.0. Please confirm it fails on the pinned 1.7.1 before merge.

EXSC-824: AllBridgeFacet v2.2.0: chainId mappings seeded inverted in production (13/15 destinations revert)
Why it is implemented this way
UpdateAllBridgeFacet.s.solnow counts.mappings[i]rows withkeyExistsand readschainId/allBridgeChainIdper row withreadUint, so the struct field order no longer depends on how forge orders JSON object keys.test/solidity/script/UpdateAllBridgeFacet.t.solsubclasses the script'sDeployScript, pins cut options and the deployments JSON in overrides (forge shares process env withUpdateScriptBase.t.sol, which sets cut-verification env vars), and decodesgetCallData()from the realconfig/allbridge.json: every row against its keyed values, plus Stellar1201081091099710 -> 7and Polygon137 -> 5by name.script/tasks/allBridgeChainIdMappings.ts, following thefraxChainIdMappings.tssplit. The task multicalls the config chainIds and the stale keys in one round, builds set-first-then-unsets, and still skips a network with no calls. Tron stays skipped by the existingisNonZeroAddressStringcheck on its base58 deploy log.src/is touched; the TS test pins the set/unset selectors to the values in the compiled facet ABI (0xa62ef168,0x37f6bf4e).What changed
Criteria
UpdateAllBridgeFacet.s.solno longer usesparseRawplusabi.decodefor the mappings; each field is read by its JSON key.config/allbridge.jsondecodes to the matchingchainIdandallBridgeChainId, naming at least Stellar1201081091099710 -> 7and Polygon137 -> 5. It fails against the current script and passes on the fix.unsetChainIdToAllBridgeChainIdper stale key that resolves, and no unset call for a key that already revertsUnsupportedAllBridgeChainId.AllBridgeFacet.sol, its storage layout and selectors are unchanged.Checks

.foundry-version), but this session only had forge 1.9.0, whereparseRaw(".mappings")keeps file key order, so the new Solidity test passed against the old script here. On a forge that encodes keys alphabetically (as the production deploy did) the old script swaps the fields and the test fails. Not verified on 1.7.1 locally; the fix is version-independent either way.allBridgeChainIdvalues that are not configchainIds). If a future config adds a chain whose LI.FI chainId is one of those small integers, it drops out of the stale set automatically; the unsets run after the set call, so they can never delete a row the same batch writes.Human executes
