Adds optional
svmMaxSupportedTransactionVersion?: 0 | 1to quote and route options, andsvmTransactionVersion?: 0 | 1to transaction responses. Clients can opt into Solana V1 and inspect the actual built version; omission preserves v0 and Jito remains v0.Includes a minor changeset. Backend rollout is gated and ships disabled.
