Document GitHub App connect flow and ai-mcp-github-pat flag

Updates guides/ai-agents/mcp-servers.mdx to reflect the change in lightdash/lightdash#27319:

• Removes GitHub from the generic "any other remote MCP server" example and gives it its own bullet pointing to the new Connect GitHub section (Linear stays as the file-issues example — only the GitHub mention was replaced).
• Adds a Connect GitHub section covering:
  • The one-click Connect GitHub button behavior.
  • The two connection modes: Lightdash GitHub App (default, short-lived installation token, nothing long-lived at rest) vs personal access token (long-lived, stored encrypted).
  • The new ai-mcp-github-pat feature flag — off by default, enabled per-org via Lightdash support as a stopgap for orgs that can't install the GitHub App.
  • What each button state does when the app is/isn't installed and the flag is/isn't on.
  • The preview-projects carve-out (previews never accept GitHub PATs even when the flag is on).

Other MCP integrations (Linear, Notion, etc.) are unchanged.
