Sideloaded Harmony apps are not in AppGallery, so Echo showed no icon and used the bundle name as the label. Prefer applicationInfo label and iconPath from bm dump -n, and keep AppGallery as fallback. Fixes liriliri#24 Signed-off-by: Tony Coder <407243179@qq.com>
