ci: clean up temporary .otvar-dev directories after each integration test - #334

…test Each integration test step unpacks ~3.4 GB into a separate .otvar-dev* directory. On persistent self-hosted runners, leaving all 8 directories behind accumulates ~27.2 GB of disk usage across runs. Add an EXIT trap to each integration test step in .github/workflows/main.yml so that each step's temporary OPENTITAN_VAR_DIR directory is removed as soon as the test completes.
