result_backend_always_retry=True). - Implemented a thread-safe bounded retry mechanism (
max_retries=min(backend.max_retries, 3)) to prevent indefinite blocking without breaking backward compatibility. - Wrote comprehensive Unit, Integration, and Smoke tests (Dockerized workers) to ensure fail-fast behavior.
