What does this PR do?

Fixed left was docking the first outline on blog and archive pages, pulling it out of its post and shifting the whole list into a two-column grid. The left column now applies only when WordPress marks the view as a single post, page, or attachment. Archives keep the outline with the content. Small screens are unchanged.

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • New feature
  • Documentation
  • Refactor / chore

How was this tested?

WordPress 6.8, PHP 8.2, Playground at http://127.0.0.1:8888, theme Twenty Twenty-Five.

  • Blog index at 1280px: the outline stays inside the post, main stays display: block, and post titles are not shifted into a side column.
  • Single post at 1280px: the outline docks in an 18rem column of main, no inner scrollbar, header and body are not padded, Focus / collapse / close stay on one row, and the column sticks while scrolling.
  • Settings → TOCguide: section tabs keep an unsaved size, the preview updates, and there were no PHP notices.
  • Block editor canvas shows the outline and its heading links with no block error.
  • No console exceptions on the front end.

Checklist

  • npm run build completes without errors
  • npm run lint:js and npm run lint:css pass
  • Block inserts, live-previews headings, and saves without console errors
  • Front-end TOC links scroll to the correct headings (including custom HTML anchors)
  • No PHP notices with WP_DEBUG on
  • I did not commit node_modules/ or build/
  • Docs / readme.txt / CHANGELOG.md updated if behavior changed
  • Text domain is the literal string tocguide (not a variable)

Blog and archive pages were lifting the first outline out of its post and docking it beside the whole list.
