What does this PR do?

Updates readme.txt so the WordPress.org listing matches TOCguide 1.6.15.

  • Fixed left, Focus (Show page / Escape), and Design are described as they work now.
  • The shortcode lists close, focus, fixed, theme, and export.
  • The changelog in the readme keeps 1.6 and 1.5. Older notes stay in CHANGELOG.md.
  • The upgrade notice for 1.6.15 explains the archive behavior.

Stable tag stays 1.6.15. This is a readme-only edit.

Closes #

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • New feature
  • Documentation
  • Refactor / chore

How was this tested?

Compared the feature list and changelog with the 1.6.15 behavior already on main. Short description is 145 characters. Tags remain five. The same file is copied into the local SVN trunk and tags/1.6.15 for the WordPress.org commit.

Checklist

  • npm run build completes without errors
  • npm run lint:js and npm run lint:css pass
  • Block inserts, live-previews headings, and saves without console errors
  • Front-end TOC links scroll to the correct headings (including custom HTML anchors)
  • No PHP notices with WP_DEBUG on
  • I did not commit node_modules/ or build/
  • Docs / readme.txt / CHANGELOG.md updated if behavior changed
  • Text domain is the literal string tocguide (not a variable)

Describe Fixed left, Focus, and Design as they work now, and keep the changelog to the current and previous majors.
