Enhancement: Add Loading States and Duplicate Submission Prevention for Help Request Actions #1520

Describe the issue

The help/support request workflow appears to allow repeated submissions while a request is still processing.

Users can rapidly click the submit button multiple times, potentially causing:

• duplicate support requests
• repeated API calls
• inconsistent UI states
• backend processing duplication
• accidental spam submissions

Additionally, the UI may not provide sufficient loading feedback during request processing.

To Reproduce

1. Open the help/support form
2. Fill in valid details
3. Rapidly click the submit button multiple times
4. Observe repeated requests or inconsistent UI behavior

Expected Behavior

The application should:

• disable the submit button during processing
• prevent duplicate submissions
• display proper loading indicators
• handle async failures gracefully
• restore form state correctly after completion

Example:

if (loading) return;

setLoading(true);

Suggested Fix

Implement:

• loading states
• submit button disabling
• duplicate request prevention
• async cleanup using finally
• retry/error handling

Optional improvements:

• success toast notifications
• request debounce handling
• reusable loading button component
