[FEATURE] Context-Aware Conversational Assistance Widget for DevOps Query Resolution #1532
Introduce an intelligent, floating conversational assistance interface positioned at the bottom-right corner of the application viewport. The component should provide real-time contextual guidance for users navigating DevOps workflows, troubleshooting infrastructure-related challenges, and understanding platform-specific functionalities.
The assistant should dynamically adapt responses based on the current page context and user interaction patterns, reducing dependency on external documentation and minimizing workflow interruptions.
Proposed Enhancements
Persistent floating assistance widget with non-intrusive UI.
Context-aware response generation based on active page/module.
Guided troubleshooting for common DevOps workflows.
Smart query suggestions derived from user navigation behavior.
Expandable chat interface with conversation history support.
Seamless integration with existing authentication and user session management.
Responsive design compatibility across desktop and mobile devices.
Expected Outcome
The feature will significantly improve user onboarding, reduce cognitive overhead during complex DevOps tasks, and enhance platform accessibility by providing instant, contextual support directly within the application.
Additional Notes
The assistant should maintain a lightweight footprint and avoid obstructing primary user interactions while remaining readily accessible throughout the platform.
