ukupgrade stands for "Ubuntu Kernel Upgrade"
Purpose: It provides us to upgrade linux kernel to latest stable version for Ubuntu/Mint and derivatives. Based on this archive
Latest Stable Kernel Version: 3.16.2

Open your favorite terminal and run the follwing commands

Download latest script here

Extract them all with any archive program or
unzip ukupgrade-master.zip
-
Come on inside folder with
cd ukupgrade-master -
Call the script
./ukupgrade
###In order to call script as bash commannd
- Run
sudo cp ./ukupgrade /usr/bin/do-kernel-upgrade- Now you can call the script whereever you are
do-kernel-upgrade
