Python version -- code errors #94

Open

Description

@ergutierrez

When running AutoVOT v. 0.94 (latest release to date) on the command line, I get some errors that may have resulted from using commands not supported by later versions of Python. Below is a list of the ones my machine caught and the manual modifications I made to ensure I could get AutoVOT to run from the Terminal (as well as the file and line where they're located):

  1. xrange() -> range() [auto_vot_extract_features.py -- line 189]
  2. from inter tools import zip -> [removed] [auto_vot_decode.py -- line 33]
  3. izip() -> zip() [auto_vot_decode.py -- line 205]
  4. np.mean(converted_rapt_voicing[xmin:xmax]) > 0 -> np.mean(converted_rapt_voicing[int(xmin):int(xmax)]) > 0 [auto_vot_decode.py -- line 213]

I'm currently using Python 3.7; however, these issues also popped up in Python 2.7.
