Add AI to SVG Converter to Image section

Adds AI to SVG Converter to the Image section.

The list has PNG-to-SVG and SVGOMG, but nothing that opens Adobe Illustrator .ai files. That is a common spot for a developer who gets an .ai from a designer and has no Illustrator licence — this converts it to SVG in the browser.

Meets the contribution notes:

• Browser-based — parsing and conversion run in WebAssembly/JS in the page; no download, no native app.
• Direct link — links straight to the converter, not a landing page.
• 100% free — no signup, no trial, no paywall, no usage limit. The file is never uploaded, so there is no server-side quota to meter.

Placed alphabetically at the top of the Image section.
