This completes the Korean locale.
locales/ko.json was missing 198 keys that exist in en.json, so those strings fell back to English in the Korean UI. This PR adds translations for all of them, including the upgrade dialog, profile management confirms, backup import/export messages and usage-limit strings.
All existing Korean values are unchanged and two pre-existing ko keys that are not in en.json (views.desktop.newBlankTab, menus.editUrl) are kept. Every {{placeholder}} is preserved exactly as in the source. Verified the flattened key set of the result matches en.json plus those two legacy keys.
