change rosbag file to csv files, merge these files into a transition pairs dataframe, proccess data, and save as training/test data in csv format
- put collected rosbag in ./blimpSim/data
- specify exp_index (name of the rosbag file)
- run jupyter notebook
- default result is stored in ./blimpSim/results
- all the directories name can be modified easily
