PR Description:
This PR adds a new blueprint providing best practices for instrumenting infrastructure and processes in non-Kubernetes environments, such as VMs, bare metal, and on-premises deployments (including containers run directly on OS).
Key Features:
Centralized agent management with OpAMP and layered configuration.
Guidelines for deploying OpenTelemetry Collector Gateways as aggregation and processing points.
Standardized resource attribution and reusable instrumentation building blocks.
Step-by-step roadmap and actionable checklists for implementation.
Reference architectures for real-world scenarios.
Motivation:
Supports organizations operating legacy and mixed infrastructure by reducing manual toil, unifying observability, and improving governance over telemetry.
