- Validate optional digest-algorithm on CreateBlobUpload (reject unknown algos) - Reject monolithic POST when digest and digest-algorithm disagree - Cover post+put, chunked, and stream flows; send the hint from image-utils Clients use this hint when starting non-sha256 chunked/stream uploads before the finishing PUT carries the full digest (OCI distribution-spec end-4c).
