Reject ports for non-LoadBalancer overrides.

override.service.spec.ports is accepted by the generic OverrideServiceSpec, but a configuration with ports and no type enters the non-LoadBalancer branch. That branch creates the headless top-level Service with service.NewService(..., nil), so the accepted port overrides are silently ignored and the generated ports remain unchanged.

The description states an intended LoadBalancer use but does not restrict the field to LoadBalancer Services. Add schema validation that rejects non-empty ports unless type is LoadBalancer.
