Also, there are some minor differences between this one and the one in the repositories: https://github.com/osbuild/image-builder/blob/main/SECURITY.md
Nothing huge though, we can fix it up later for consistency.

Merging this and I'll open a follow-up PR with some minor changes to appease the linter. |

This one should show to every project under osbuild. It can be overwrited by the local file in the repositories if needed. |
