Remove -Dmaven.test.skip=true?

I don't know if it's my version of Maven (3.8.4) or the JDK (17.0.1) or what, but:

mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true

gave me this error:

Simply running:

mvn clean install

worked just fine :)
