• Benchmarks: Claisen, Diels–Alder, Baeyer–Villiger, Shi epoxidation (including the ensemble), the PyQuiverHS cases, nitroarene/phosphetane, Wittig (series) and DYKAT (channels).
• Fixes: the conda install line, frequency blocks in multi-step Gaussian logs, the EQE direction in docs/theory.md, the Diels–Alder atom assignment, and Hessian cache invalidation when --delta changes.

Verification

• ruff check . and ruff format --check . are clean.
• pytest tests/: 253 passed, 1 skipped.
• python -m build gives kinisot-2.6.0-py3-none-any.whl (87 KB; publish.yml requires under 200 KB) and kinisot-2.6.0.tar.gz.
• The release-notes extraction from publish.yml, run locally, finds the 2.6.0 section (21 kB of notes).

After the release, recipe/meta.yaml needs the 2.6.0 version and the sha256 of the PyPI sdist before it is submitted to conda-forge. It still says 2.5.0; it isn't used by any build here.
