ESLint 10 breaks existing lint setup
High Severity
Bumping eslint to 10.8.1 is incompatible with the existing .eslintrc.cjs setup and current plugins. ESLint 10 only accepts flat config and dropped eslintrc, so npm run lint fails in CI. @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin v5 and eslint-config-airbnb-base v15 only support ESLint 8.
