According to PEP 11 the following target triples need an update:

Target Triple PY_SUPPORT_TIER outdated PY_SUPPORT_TIER
aarch64-*-linux-gnu/gcc 2 1
aarch64-pc-windows-msvc/msvc 3 2
x86_64-apple-darwin*/clang 1 2
powerpc64le-*-linux-gnu/gcc 2 3
