Updates the platform name used for Meteosat-12 in the
true_color_reproductioncomposite, previously the commissioning nameMTG-I1was used.Adds Sentinel-3A and -3B OLCI and Sentinel-2A, -2B, and -2C MSI conversion matrices
Updates all conversion matrices to use the agency standard TSIS-1 v2 solar irradiance spectrum.
