feat: add CipherTrade wallet connector

Summary

Adds CipherTrade as a RainbowKit wallet connector.

Details

• Adds cipherTradeWallet with injected-provider support for isCipherTrade, WalletConnect fallback, deep link handling, RDNS, icon, and download URLs.
• Exports the connector from @rainbow-me/rainbowkit/wallets.
• Adds CipherTrade to the example wallet list.
• Adds English QR-code instruction locale keys.
• Documents the import in the custom wallet list docs.
• Adds a patch changeset for @rainbow-me/rainbowkit.
