[vertical taskbar for windows 11] vertical position of program labels are off after last windows update

since updating to the windows that supports moving the sidebar to the left the vertical alignment of the labels is off

windows verions: Window 11 25H2 26200.9457

(note: windows built in taskbar on the side is not resizable, so this mod is the better result)
