[Taskbar on top for Windows 11] Right clicking on icon doesn't show menu

Can no longer right click on icons to bring up the maximize/minimize/etc. options when the taskbar is on top. I've disabled the mod and right clicking on icons works when the taskbar goes back to the bottom. Only started running into this issue recently.
