Summary
This PR improves the icon quality of the
change-tray-iconsmod.Currently the mod loads the replacement icon using the notification area's small icon size (typically 16×16), which can result in blurry icons when the source ICO contains multiple resolutions.
This change loads the icon at twice the small icon size (for example 32×32 at 100% DPI or 48×48 at 150% DPI), allowing Windows to perform the final downscaling.
