Here we provide additional details on setting up and installing the weighted exclusivity test on different platforms.

Visualization

Debian and Ubuntu Linux:

Install NodeJS and NPM with apt-get:
```
 sudo apt-get install nodejs npm
```
Avoid the /usr/bin/env: node: No such file or directory error on some Linux distributions:
```
 sudo ln -s /usr/bin/nodejs /usr/bin/node
```
Install Bower with NPM:
```
 sudo npm install -g bower
```
