Freetype_VERSION variable is not set on Mac homebrew
Instead FREETYPE_VERSION_STRING is set

It is crucial for libftgl build.
Also simplify files names fot ftgl

On mac homebrew installation of freetype Freetype_VERSION not returned. Instead FREETYPE_VERSION_STRING is set.
Simplify patch file names
Use common naming convention
