Incorporate all openBMP header formats into goBMP

GoBMP has limited support for BMP. At time of writing, the following messages types are unsupported:

• collector
• router
• bmp_stat
• base attribute

OpenBMP supports the following, Defined in KafkaTopicSelector.h as [ ‘collector', ‘router', ‘peer', ‘base_attribute', ‘unicast_prefix', ‘l3vpn', ‘evpn', ‘ls_link', ‘ls_node', ‘ls_prefix', ‘bmp_stat', ‘bmp_raw' ]

- OpenBMP supported headers
