test(admin): cover manual transition CLI job flow

Summary

• add a CLI integration regression that exercises the manual transition async job workflow end to end
• verify run --async, status, cancel, and wait all talk to the durable job backend contract with the expected HTTP methods and paths
• cover the CLI companion side of the RustFS manual transition status/cancel/wait rollout tracked by backlog #1481
