I have trouble in interpreting result for stability of ICs.
In Plot type 1, bootstrap IC clusters, the clusters are ordered based on the corresponding Iq( QIc). For example, cluster 1 should have the largest QIc. However, in Plot type 2, the cluster exemplar maps, the cluster order appears unrelated to the Iq(QIc), and cluster 1 has a component stability index of only 46% in example graph given by the author. This seems to contradict the results presented in plot type 1. This phenomenon can be found in the process of my use.
