Landsat 8/9 adaptation of the Sentinel-2 Markuse wildfire visualization, driving the fire glow from the B10 thermal band. Adds a Landsat L1->CDSE entry (AWS_LOTL1: CDAS_L8_L9_LOTL1) to _layouts/script.html cdse_lookup so the Copernicus Browser example link resolves.
