Using starter module you can create you own modules, it works like skeleton.
You can download starter_module.ocmod.zip and go to admin -> extensions -> installer, upload .zip file. Now go to admin -> extensions -> modifications and refresh.
Now go to admin -> extensions -> extensions, select modules from dropdown list, install module.., thats it
