This issue is to document several minor A/B style diffs between the PWA and the native Android app. (The position of the language code in the top-right corner is documented in #1063).
- Chapter drop-cap bounding box is larger on Android and takes two lines' worth of vertical space.
- The left/right margins of the text area are narrower on the PWA then the Android app
- Bookmark and note icons are almost the full height of the text on Android, but are shorter on the PWA.
- The PWA displays the title of the book in the main text, while the Android app only displays it in the "Introduction"
- There is a shadow on the bottom of the Scripture view in the Android app
