• Render src/marketing/house-ad/ through @singleton-sd/inkads-epaper-renderer@1.4.1 (threshold) into dist/marketing/house-ad/
• Publishes preview.png, framebuffer.bin (48_000 bytes), and metadata.json (checksum + profile) via pnpm build / pnpm render:house-ad
• Documents CDN consumer paths under https://assets.inkads.poc.singletonsd.com/marketing/house-ad/…

Depends on: #11 (feat/9-house-ad-design). Stacked PR — base is feat/9-house-ad-design so this diff is #10 only.

• pnpm test (includes framebuffer length 48000 + profile waveshare-7.5-bw + checksum)
