A CAP maintainer declined cs-008 on #2056. After the stale-bot closure of #2010, open the one-line errata PR stellar/stellar-protocol#2059 for sd-048. What
Update SEP status in the ecosystem README match the status field in each SEP's preamble, and list the SEPs that were missing from it.
Why
The README had drifted, and it seems we had missed updating it from time to time.
